Martin Wilke is assertive. His clients value his disciplined and sensitive way of working in all areas of criminal law. He is particularly interested in individual defence in the areas of white collar crime and medical criminal law.
Wilke studied law in Marburg and Cologne, specialising in white collar and medical criminal law. During his studies he was employed in the legal department of a DAX30 company. The focus of his subsequent legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne was on criminal defence and the professional rights of the legal profession. During his clerkship, he wrote his dissertation on a criminal procedural and psychological issue. His doctorate was supported through a scholarship from the Friedrich Naumann Foundation.
Since 2016, Attorney Wilke has lectured on criminal law and criminal procedural law at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration North Rhine-Westphalia (FHöV NRW). He lectures in Cologne primarily in the area of property offences and computer crime.
Mr. Wilke is a member of the Cologne Bar Association (KAV), the German Bar Association (DAV), the Refugee Law Clinic Cologne (RLCC) and the Association for the Promotion of the Institute for Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the University of Cologne.
