Judith Braun defends. With empathy, competence and perseverance. She advises in the areas of general criminal law as well as white collar crime and tax criminal law. She combines her knowledge and skills in particular in the fields of industrial property law, trademark law and copyright law. In addition to her legal understanding, her clients particularly appreciate her reliability and her assertiveness.
Ms. Braun completed her studies at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn and the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. After her stay abroad, she specialized in criminology and juvenile criminal law at the University of Cologne.
Her subsequent legal clerkship at the Cologne Higher Regional Court focused on both criminal and commercial law. Ms. Braun worked for the public prosecutor's office in the areas of general criminal law, in particular property offences, as well as capital offences. During her time at a medium-sized law firm, she worked in the fields of intellectual property law, copyright and trademark law, as well as anti-trust law.
Ms. Braun is a member of the Cologne Bar Association (KAV), the Criminal Law Working Group of the German Bar Association (DAV) and the Business Criminal Law Association (WisteV).
