Dr. Christina Brosthaus

Attorney and economist Dr. Christina Brosthaus specializes in white-collar and criminal tax law. She represents and advises companies and individuals alike. In addition to her legal skills, her clients benefit from her distinctive economic know-how.

In her doctoral thesis in criminal procedure, Dr. Brosthaus defined the limits of the prosecution's investigative rights in criminal insolvency proceedings.

Dr. Christina Brosthaus studied law and economics in Cologne, Munich and Toulouse. During her legal clerkship, she worked at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, at the German Embassy in Hanoi and in the white-collar defence and corporate crime team of a major law firm in Düsseldorf.

Dr. Christina Brosthaus is fluent in both English and French.
